仕事内容:
公的支援機関での《経理記帳サポート事務》のお仕事です。
個人事業主や小規模法人など、地域で事業を営む会員事業者を支える立場として、
日々の経理処理や帳簿管理を「補助・サポート」する役割を担っていただきます。
このポジションは、すべてを一人で判断する経理ではありません。
過去データや指示内容を確認しながら進める業務が中心のため、
「責任が重すぎる経理は不安」「ブランクがある」という方にも始めやすい環境です。
チームメンバーと連携しながら、
会員事業者の事務負担を軽減し、地域経済を下支えするやりがいのある仕事です。
【主な仕事内容】
- 会計ソフト(会計王)を使用した仕訳データの入力
- 前年データを参照しながらの勘定科目チェック・内容確認
- 会員事業者(約20社前後)の経理記帳サポート
- 決算書作成の補助業務(指示・フォーマットあり)
- 年末調整・確定申告に関する補助作業(繁忙期のみ)
- 書類の整理・ファイリング、データ管理
- 社用車を使用した書類の回収(近隣エリア中心)
- 電話による簡単な確認・問い合わせ対応
※いずれの業務も、前例・手順に沿ったサポート作業が中心です。
判断に迷う場面は、必ず周囲に確認できる体制が整っています。

求める人材:
会計ソフトへの入力やデータ確認など、決められた手順に沿ってコツコツ進める業務に取り組める方を歓迎します。経理・会計の実務経験がある方はもちろん、仕訳入力や勘定科目の基礎知識をお持ちであれば、補助業務から無理なくスタートできます。
一人で判断を迫られる場面は少なく、指示や過去データを確認しながら進める業務が中心のため、「正確さ」や「丁寧さ」を大切にできる方に向いています。
社内外との簡単な電話対応や書類の受け渡しもあるため、基本的なコミュニケーションが取れる方を想定しています。
繁忙期以外は落ち着いた環境で働けるため、集中して業務に取り組みたい方、ワークライフバランスを大切にしながらスキルを活かしたい方に最適な職場です。
