viviONのゲームスタジオチームは、「ユーザーとクリエイターが、楽しみながら生きていける社会にする」というパーパス達成のために、

二次元コンテンツプラットフォーム「にじGAME」の運営および

自社オリジナルタイトルの企画・開発を行っています。プラットフォームとコンテンツ(ゲーム)の両軸を持ち、

国内のみならず海外展開や他部署連携も含めた多角的なアプローチで、二次元コンテンツの新たな楽しみ方を創出しています。

【ゲームプランナー】は、アプリ・PC/SPブラウザゲームの新規開発からリリース後の運用まで、ゲーム制作の中核を担うポジションです。

企画書や仕様書の作成といった制作業務だけでなく、販売計画の策定やマーケティング施策、外部パートナーとの折衝など、ビジネス視点を持ってプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

エンジニアやデザイナー、マーケティングチームと連携し、世界中のユーザーに愛されるゲーム体験を構築する役割が期待されます。

当社は事業拡大に伴い、今期より新たに「ゲームスタジオチーム」を新設いたしました。

自社プラットフォーム「にじGAME」のさらなる活性化と、続々と進行している自社オリジナルタイトルの開発体制を強化するため、新たな仲間を募集しています。

開発中の新規タイトルにおいては、01の企画段階から携わることが可能です。

単なる作業者ではなく、主体的にアイデアを出し、チームと共に「売れるゲーム」「面白いゲーム」を作り上げてくれる、熱意あるプランナーの参画を求めています。

  • 業務内容

・新規および既存タイトルの企画書・仕様書の作成、パラメータ設計

・ゲームバランスの調整および品質管理(QC・デバッグ監修)

・開発工程における進行管理、エンジニア・デザイナーへのディレクション

・外部協力会社との折衝、スケジュール調整

・販売計画の策定およびマーケティングチームと連携したプロモーション施策の実施

・イラスト、サウンド、シナリオ等のアセット発注・品質管理

・業務効率化のためのツール設計・改善提案

必須応募資格

・ゲーム業界(コンソール、ソーシャル、オンライン問わず)における2年以上のプランナー実務経験

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPointなど資料作成能力)

・社内外の関係者と円滑に業務を進めるコミュニケーション能力

・成人向けコンテンツの取り扱い経験、または抵抗感がないこと

上記の年収額は、弊社における平均的な残業時間である20時間/月の残業代12ヶ月分と、

賞与2回分をそれぞれ1ヶ月分の給与が支給された場合の合計金額となります。
