担当していただくのは…
ご利用者様のケアプラン作成を中心に、アセスメント、モニタリング、関係機関との連携、サービス調整、訪問による利用者状況の確認など、幅広い業務をお任せします。これまでの経験を活かして、利用者様一人ひとりに最適なケアプランを提供し、地域での生活を支えてください。

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 20日
- 週休2日制(会社カレンダーに準ずる)。
- 土日祝休みが中心で、年末年始(12/29〜1/3)は休業。
- 有給休暇は勤務開始半年後より取得可能。
- シフト調整や希望休も柔軟に相談できます。
- 午前休・午後休あり

給与詳細
基本給:月給 31万円 〜 38万円
固定残業代:あり
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり
- 基本給235,000円に主任ケアマネ資格手当30,000円、稼動手当(固定残業代25時間・45,000円)を含む月給31万円以上。
- 固定残業代25時間・45,000円含む。超過分は別途支給。交通費は車両利用の場合片道2km~8kmで月額8,000円、8km以上で月額10,000円(上限)、公共交通機関の場合は実費支給。
- 賞与は6月・12月の年2回(会社業績・評価・勤怠による)。所長手当50,000円、副所長手当20,000円、能力手当は内部基準により支給。昇給は年1回または随時。
- 社会保険加入、社用車使用可能など充実した待遇で安心して長く働ける環境です。
