You will be working closely with the Sr. Manager Business Relationship Management to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, and timeframes for IT projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Document scope and high level requirements and facilitates estimation processes for new ideas
- Supports Project Manager for consulting / summarizing about specific needs and requirements prior to developing or starting a project.
- Partners with crossfunctional teams to plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into the business capability roadmaps and priorities
- Facilitating the acceptance of new capabilities through the established User Acceptance Testing process

- Timeshare Business operational experience
- ServiceNow ITBM experience
