Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize lithography process conditions and equipment to ensure process stability and quality.
• Reduce equipment-to-equipment variation and improve process stability through a holistic approach.
• Establish process and equipment monitoring methods using FDC, equipment logs, and other data.
• Develop and implement APC methods and systems to improve process stability and engineering capabilities.
• Establish optimal process flows, including measurement methods.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in process technology, particularly lithography, with a focus on semiconductor devices.
• Proficiency in basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on Excel data analysis.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, challenge-seeking, and a high sense of ownership.
