Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lithography Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving process conditions and equipment through process stabilization and quality control.

You will also be involved in reducing equipment-to-equipment variations through a dual-approach involving both process and equipment aspects.

Furthermore, you will establish monitoring methods for process/equipment status using device data such as FDC and equipment logs.

In addition, you will design, develop, and implement APC methods/systems to improve process stability and engineering capabilities.

Finally, you will establish an optimal process flow, including the establishment of measurement methods.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in semiconductor processing technology, particularly in lithography processes.

You should have around 10-15 years of work experience, with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Proficiency in Excel-based data analysis is highly desirable.

A strong sense of determination and teamwork spirit is essential for this role.
