【業務内容】
グループ各社の管理業務を
本社事務所にて担当していただきます。
- 人事労務(勤怠・給与・社保手続き等)
- 総務(備品・社内行事管理など)
※業務範囲は、あなたのご経験や
スキルに応じてお任せします
※幅広い業務がありますが、無理のない
範囲で段階的に担当していただきます

求めている人材
【必須条件】
- 労務・総務の実務経験をお持ちの方
- 高卒以上
- 要普通自動車免許(業務使用あり)

*日商簿記3級以上
*株主総会、社内行事の企画や運営、
人事考課の運用経験をお持ちの方
*ITに関する基礎知識をお持ちの方

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日
9:00~18:00(実働7時間30分)
時短勤務もOK

週休2日制(土日)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 20万9330円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり2万670円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間 〜 40時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
