職務内容
インサイドセールスチームの日常的な管理、指導、評価を実施し、チームパフォーマンスを最大化
全社営業戦略に基づき、年間・四半期目標の設定および戦略立案を行い、KPI管理とPDCAサイクルを推進
DRおよびBDR機能の最適化を通じ、効率的なパイプライン創出を実現
Salesforce、HubSpot、その他MAツールを活用し、リード管理、パイプライン構築、レポーティング基盤を整備・改善
理想の人材
3年以上のマネジメント経験、かつ5名以上のチームメンバーを直接管理した経験
インサイドセールスまたは関連する営業職での実務経験
Salesforce、HubSpot をはじめとする主要MAツールの深い知識および高度な実務活用経験
ビジネスレベルの英語(あれば尚可)
