La pilatesは「整体×マシンピラティス」で女性の身体を整えるパーソナルスタジオです。
【仕事内容】
・パーソナルでの整体&ピラティスのサポート
・受付、予約管理、お客様対応
・Instagram投稿(写真撮影・文章作成など)
・スタジオの清掃、簡単な事務作業
・社内研修やミーティングへの参加
※研修がとても丁寧なので、未経験でも問題なし

09:30|パーソナルレッスン(2〜3件)
「肩こりが楽になった」「姿勢変わった」など嬉しい声がモチベーションに。
13:00|ランチ休憩
14:00|事務・SNSの時間
Instagramで投稿をつくったり、レッスン記録を整理したり。"おしゃれ感"のあるスタジオなので写真映えしやすい
15:00|午後レッスン(2〜3件)
マンツーマンなので、ひとりにしっかり寄り添えるのが魅力。
18:00|退勤
片付けをして終了夜の時間をしっかり確保できます。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
※活躍に応じてインセンティブ付与
※入社して半年間は試用期間のため、契約社員となります。
(試用期間中の1か月は研修期間:基本給-2万円を日割り計算にて勤務日数分支給/2か月以降は本採用時と同条件)
