【業務内容】

■基幹システム導入及び運用保守業務(PLM、MES、ERPの開発管理。)

■社内外の関係者を取りまとめ、実行、スケジュール管理(PL、PM業務)

■工場の生産課題解決のための企画~提案

■ベトナム工場の障害調査および対策

■現地メンバーの指導、管理(英語使用)

【ミッション】

今回基幹システムを導入し、現在保守運用のフェーズとなります。安定的な運用に向け、エンジニアとして改善対応をお任せします。

現在、当社ではAIを活用したシステムの内製化や、工場のスマートファクトリー化を目指しています。今後、経営課題を解決するIT戦略立案を行っていくため、様々なチャレンジやアイデアを実現できる、日機装航空宇宙事業本部の将来のITを担う、やりがいが感じられるポジションです。

【働き方】

入社後、国内の拠点で研修/業務を行っていただき、ゆくゆくはベトナム工場へ赴任いただきます。

研修場所は候補者様のお住まいなどにより要相談とします。(研修期間はスキル・ご経験によって変わりますが、数か月を想定しています。)

平均の赴任期間は3~5年程度(組織状況やご希望などにより変更有)

帰任後は国内の拠点(宮崎/東村山)にて業務頂きます。

【ベトナムでの暮らしについて】

・社宅:サービスアパートメント(家具付き)またはホテル

・通勤:マイクロバスにて相乗りで出社

・食事:昼食は工場での社食があります。(3種類/定食・麺類・ダイエット食、1食180円ほど)

・居住エリアの周辺にはイオンモールや日本人街もあり日本食(お米、お菓子、インスタント食品、冷凍食品、野菜等)の調達には不自由がない環境です。

・サウナ・マッサージが手頃な値段で受けられるため休日に通う社員もいます。

・通勤以外の移動手段はGrabタクシーを利用している人が多いです。(スマホアプリ「Grab」で…

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■製造業におけるERPまたはMESの導入/保守経験

■プロジェクト管理経験(PMまたはPL)

■英語力(TOEIC 600以上)

【歓迎要件】

■海外駐在経験

■SQL、VB.NETを使用した開発経験

■ネットワーク、ハードウェアの知識

■海外拠点のITシステム管理経験

■工業簿記の知識

■生産管理の知識

■メンバーの実務指導やマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収 800 ~ 1200 万円

※各種手当(残業手当含む)が記載の月額基本給とは別に支給されます。

※管理職採用の場合には管理監督者の為、残業手当の支給はございません。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
