Guest Experience Manager
who thrives in creating deeply personalised, luxury experiences.
In this role, you will curate memorable moments from the very first interaction — from booking and pre-arrival planning through to check-out and farewell. With an intuitive approach to service, you will anticipate guest needs, build meaningful connections, and go beyond expectations to ensure every stay feels unique.
As the key point of contact for guest inquiries and special requests, you will oversee every detail with care — from personalised preferences and VIP services to thoughtful amenities that reflect our nature-inspired philosophy.
In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner across departments to bring our values to life, ensuring each guest experience is seamless, elevated, and rooted in genuine care.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact — helping define what luxury hospitality feels like in Tokyo: natural, intentional, and alive.
You bring:
- Proven experience in a 5-star luxury hotel environment, ideally within properties of 150+ rooms
- A natural ability to connect with people, making every guest feel individually welcomed and understood
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guest engagement and team inspiration
- Exceptional communication skills — clear, confident, and thoughtful
- A passion for warm, refined service, with the creativity to craft extraordinary personalised experiences
