■新事業の展開
今回の募集は、メインの事業から派生し7年前に設立された新事業部への配属になります。現在の各研究所の現状は、法改正や法の制約の厳しさへの対応により、研究者が本業である研究に専念できないという実態があります。これは業界内でも大きな課題となっており、その問題の解決にいち早く踏み切ったのが同社です。資材や試薬の管理、装置のメンテナンス、業者との交渉など、本業以外のサブ業務を一括して担うことで、研究者が本業の研究に専念できるようになりました。これは業界初のサービスで、参入障壁が非常に高いため、ほかに競合他社はいません。ブルー・オーシャンの開拓にも積極的に力を入れていることが特徴の1つです。
