◆入居者様・家族様の相談援助

◆施設内の連絡・調整

◆地域・他機関との連絡調整

◆入居相談・契約・空床管理

◆ケアプラン作成のサポート

◆介護スタッフのサポート

◎ショートステの利用は、ほぼありません

◆運転免許がなくても応募可(送迎業務はほぼありません)

◆ショートステイはほぼ利用がなく、地域密着型の小規模施設なので、入居される方に集中して業務を行えます

◆未経験、ブランクも意欲があれば歓迎です。

◆介護スタッフのサポートをしていただくこともあります。介護士としての業務経験は必須です。

求める人材:

・介護福祉士、社会福祉士資格のいずれか必須

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~ 17:30(休憩1時間)

※シフト制 ※残業、ほぼなし

休暇・休日:

◆年間休日 115日

◆月の休日9日(2月のみ8日)

◆リフレッシュ休暇が年間8日間あります。交代でまとまった休みが取れます。

勤務地:

東大阪市長田1丁目2番11号

※原則屋内禁煙、屋外喫煙所あり

アクセス:

・地下鉄中央線長田駅から徒歩約10分

・JRおおさか東線高井田駅から徒歩15分

・マイカー通勤OK

給与:

【給与内訳】基本給17万円~19万円+特殊業務手当5万円+資格手当5千円+処遇改善手当5万6千円
