仕事内容

    少人数で一緒に暮らしながら

    サポートを受けられるグループホームです。

【どんなお仕事?】

「何でも代わりにやる」のではなく、

入居者様が自立して生活できるように

そのサポートを担うポジションです。



具体的には…

家庭料理レベルの食事作り

日常的な家事のサポート(掃除・洗濯など)

朝の起床声掛け、体調・身だしなみの確認

日々のちょっとした声掛けや相談対応

出勤する入居者様の送り出し …など



介助中心ではなく、見守りや声掛けを通して

入居者様の日常生活を支えるお仕事です。

<シフト制>

【1】6:00~10:00

【2】16:00~20:00

【3】15:00~19:00

実働4時間/休憩なし

  • 上記シフトで応相談
  • 週1日~6日まで勤務OK(応相談)
  • 勤務曜日は月により変動あり
  • できる限り希望に沿えるよう対応します

契約更新期間:雇用期間:入社日~令和8年3月31日

  • 契約更新:あり(基本1年更新)
  • 契約更新条件:勤務評価による

基本給:時給 1278円

※時給には、一律処遇改善手当(176円)を含みます。

給与例


【月収例】

時給1,278円×1日4時間×週2日=4万896円

時給1,278円×1日4時間×週3日+時給1,278円×1日8時間×週1日=10万2,240円

※月4週換算で計算した目安金額です。
