職務内容
- 受発注業務:FAX/電話/メールでの注文受付、変更・キャンセル対応、ERP(JD Edwards歓迎)を用いたオーダー入力・情報管理
- 納期・出荷管理:在庫確認、納期回答、出荷スケジュール調整および関連部門との連携
- 輸出入・コンプライアンス対応:輸出入ドキュメント作成および各種規制・社内ポリシーへの対応
- 請求・クレーム対応:見積作成、請求関連の調整、顧客クレーム対応およびクレジットメモ作成
- 顧客対応・業務改善:顧客との関係構築、高品質なカスタマーサポートの提供、業務プロセス改善提案およびドキュメント更新

- 日本語:ネイティブレベル
- 英語:ビジネスレベル
- 受発注のご経験(4年以上)
- ERP (MRP) システムの使用経験
