仕事内容:
大手ゼネコンのITに関わる部署で、キャリア採用や派遣社員の募集・受け入れ等をお願いします。
所属部署は、100名規模の部署で、社員が3割:社外人材7割となります。
面接の頻度はそこまで多くありませんが、WEB会社説明会(カジュアル面談)に同席し、記録を取っていただいたり、スカウトを行っていただきます。
派遣スタッフが30名程在籍しているので、派遣募集にあたり派遣会社とのやり取り等もございます。
・キャリア採用(求人票作成、募集、スカウト)
・採用媒体、人材紹介会社とのやりとり
・面談や面接時の記録作成、日程調整
・人事部提出書類の作成
・派遣社員の募集・受け入れ(要件定義、求人票作成、人材派遣会社への依頼・職場見学の日程調整)
