Job description: -

Strong understanding of automotive design principles, strength of materials, and fatigue theory.


• Analyse road load data, define load cases, and simulate real-world conditions.


• Collaborate with design, CAE, and testing teams to ensure robust suspension performance.


• Lead the validation of suspension systems (control arms, knuckles, bushings, dampers, etc.) through CAE and physical testing.


• Support design optimization through simulation feedback and design iterations.


• Document validation procedures, results, and recommendations in technical reports.


• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and OEM validation protocols.


• Familiarity with automotive validation standards and durability targets.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.


• 5–8 years of experience in automotive FEA, with a focus on suspension systems.


• Experience with multi-body dynamics (MBD) and vehicle dynamics simulation.


• Exposure to road load data processing and test correlation.


• Knowledge of automotive OEM processes and CAE workflows.

Tool Knowledge:


• Proficient in Hypermesh, Abaqus, Nastran, OptiStruct, HyperView.


• Hands-on experience with fatigue analysis tools such as nCode, FEMFAT, TFAT.
