Requirements
- Experience with Power Platform or other low-code products in development and consulting projects
- Understanding of specific business processes or industries to propose appropriate approaches to challenges and requirements
- Project leadership or application architect experience
- Advanced skills in intelligent automation platforms
- Experience in automation lifecycle management and agile development methods
- Problem-solving ability through collaboration with clients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, including remote teamwork
- Leadership and management of junior team members
- Independent problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Development experience with DevOps
- Experience in agile development
- End-to-end involvement in proposal activities, project bidding, requirements definition, design, development, and implementation
- Experience in utilizing technology to solve customer challenges
- English proficiency

Job Overview
As a DX Consultant at Abenard, you will be involved in consulting and project management for digital transformation projects. You will have the opportunity to work on comprehensive consulting, including overall policy planning and governance construction for organizations driving DX and civic development, offering impactful business experiences to clients. You will gain experience in architecture construction, including integration of solutions such as Power Platform, M365, D365, Azure, AWS, and SAP, and broaden your career options.
- Conducting current state analysis of business processes and creating process definition documents
- Maintaining and updating automation process documents
- Creating automation design and technical design documents
- Designing and building processes with automation permissions
- Providing peer reviews and feedback
- Troubleshooting and resolving advanced automation issues
- Working for a leading company in deploying solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Recipient of the Microsoft Global SI Partner Award 18 times (2023)
