主な業務:
チーム内での特定のタスクと業務を主導し、重要な成果物に向けて時間と努力を優先し、高品質な作業を生み出す

他の同僚と影響を与え、協力し、連携する
APAC地域(日本を含む)でのQA監査を準備、実施し、監査報告書を作成し、関連するQA管理および外部の関連する利害関係者(例: 臨床運営)に結果を伝え、是正および予防措置が適用されるようにさまざまなチームと連携してQA observationを解決する。
品質に重要な要因を分析し活用して潜在的なリスクを特定し、リスクベースの監査を準備および実施する能力を持つ
活動には、APAC地域(日本を含む)の治験実施施設、供給業者、Third party collaborationsとの協力、およびデューデリジェンス活動のGCP監査が含まれる場合があります。
リスク評価に基づき、適切に監査対象を特定し、スケジュールに組み込むためにQALをサポートする。
プロジェクト/製品における潜在的な不正行為や重大な逸脱の問題を含む品質問題を適切かつ迅速にエスカレーションする。
適用されるQA functional line に日常的なサポートを提供し、割り当てられた試験の適切な品質監視を確保する。
品質管理ユニットのメンバーとして、日本国内の利害関係者に日常的なサポートを提供する。
臨床試験実施施設、供給業者、研究活動、臨床試験報告書および提出文書、ならびにICH(国際調和会議)、適用される政府機関の規制/ガイドライン、会社の方針、手順および業界標準に対するCountry Office(CO)のプロセスの遵守を評価する。限定的な監督の下で、内部および外部でさまざまなGCPおよびPVトピックに関する意識向上のためのセッションを開発および提供する。
QA内での監査アプローチの標準化を促進する。
技術的専門知識のある分野で新しい監査技術/支援を提案することが日常的に行われる。
QA内の職場環境/文化が会社のリーダーシップ行動を体現していることを確保する。
特に監査関連プロセスにおいて、PMDAの適合性調査でPMDA調査官に対応する。
監査リソースに関連する業務には以下が含まれる:
GCP監査の臨床品質キャパシティ計画と割り当てをサポート、推進、推進する。
社内QA臨床品質監査計画プロセスを主導する。
年間監査プログラムをVeeva Vault QMSシステムに実装する。
Veeva Vault QMSシステムの主要パラメータに関して、臨床品質および他のQA機能グループと定期的にQCチェックを実施し、フォローアップする。
四半期ごとの監査割り当てのスケジュールの競合を解決し、臨床品質が年間計画された監査を達成することを確保する。
QA全体で協力し、新しいシステムおよびツールに関連するビジネスプロセスを継続的に改善する。
IT組織と協力して、QAのビジネスニーズを解決するための技術を探求する。
Analytics & QA Analytics and Tech/Systemチームと必要に応じて協力し、データ分析の進化とメトリクスの使用を継続する。
適用される規制、技術、およびプロセスを理解し、QA functional areaおよびSubject Matter Experts と効果的に連携する。
プロジェクトリード/プロジェクトマネージャーをサポートする活動には、以下が含まれる場合があります(ただしこれに限定されません):
●文書、監査、および品質問題管理に関連する技術ソリューションの開発および/または改善を推進する。
●QAシステムおよびサポートプラクティスに関連する標準操作手順を開発および/または改訂する。
●QAシステムおよびサポートプラクティスに関連する継続的なプロセス改善イニシアチブに参加する。
●研究開発部門全体の監査からのデータを分析およびトレンド化する。
●現在の業界イニシアチブに関連するベストプラクティスおよびリソースの開発をサポートする。
【必要なスキル】
学歴
BS/BA学位または同等の資格、または関連分野での経験を有し、この役割に必要な主要な活動および基本的なスキルに精通していること。
経験
製薬会社またはCROでの実務的なGCP(臨床試験)監査経験が5年程度以上あり、On-siteおよび Remote監査の両方を含む。
ICH-GCP、日本の医薬品医療機器法(PMD法)、および主要な管轄区域(例:FDA、EMA)の臨床試験規制に関する実務知識。
臨床開発の知識。プロトコル開発、倫理審査、インフォームドコンセント、被験者の選定と登録、データ収集と管理、モニタリング、治験薬管理、重篤な有害事象の処理、データクリーンアップ、研究報告書の作成を含む、臨床試験プロセス全体。
臨床監査経験。監査計画、監査実施、監査報告書作成、是正および予防措置(CAPA)の提案とフォローアップにおける実務経験。
グローバルチームまたは多国籍プロジェクトでの経験、またはグローバル環境で働くための強い意欲と適応力。
言語について
日本語:
流暢な日本語力が必要です。成功する候補者は外部の利害関係者(調査者を含む)および内部チームと話し言葉および書き言葉の両方で正確かつ専門的に日本語でコミュニケーションを取ることができなければなりません。
英語のコミュニケーションスキル:
英語での会議に参加し、リードすることができる。メールでのやり取りを処理し、英語で文書やプレゼンテーションを作成することができる。英語で監査報告書を作成することができ、英語で監査を実施した経験がある、または実施する能力がある。監査報告会を実施することができる。
