【介護職員】

住宅型有料老人ホーム「ひだまりの家 大高」での介護業務全般をお任せします。

【主なお仕事について】

・日常生活全般のサポート業務

・お食事の準備とお手伝い(調理なし)

・入浴・排泄介助

・レクリエーション企画・実施

・利用者様の見守り・巡視業務

居室数は10室と小規模な施設のため、利用者様一人ひとりの個性や生活リズムに合わせた細やかなサービスを提供できます。大事にしたいのは「笑顔」と「優しさ」です。

昇給は毎年基本給5,000円UP。資格手当(介護福祉士30,000円/月)、夜勤手当(6,000円/回)、皆勤手当(10,000円/月)など各種手当が充実。勤続特別手当は最大300万円支給で長く働ける環境です。

残業は月1~2時間程度のみ。週休2日制で年間休日109日、希望休は月2回取得可能で連休もOK。育休・産休制度もあり男性職員の取得実績もある働きやすい職場です。

・基本給:175,000円

・処遇改善手当:25,000円

・夜勤手当:6,000円/回 ※月4回程度(月給には4回予定で算出)

・資格手当:初任者研修5,000円/月、実務者研修10,000円/月、喀痰吸引1号研修10,000円/月、介護福祉士30,000円/月

※複数保持の場合は、上記の内、最上級資格に対してのみ支給

・住宅手当:賃貸5,000円/月、持ち家10,000円/月(世帯主に限る)

・家族手当:配偶者10,000円/月、子ども1人5,000円/月(3~5人目:1人2,000円/月、6人目~なし)

・役職手当あり:30,000円 ・通勤手当:上限20,000円/月

・昇給あり:毎年基本給5,000円UP(前年度実績~10,000円)※評価制度による

・賞与あり:年4回(3・6・9・12月)、計4.5カ月分(昨年度実績:90万7500円)
