定時退社が基本で残業ほぼなし

【仕事内容】

店舗にお持ち込みいただく幅広い

商品の鑑定・査定、そして次の

利用者へつなげるための準備です。

当社の特徴は、ハイブランド品や

貴金属はもちろん、中古の家電、

お洋服、使いかけの化粧品まで、

とにかく「何でも買い取る」こと。

どんなモノにも価値があり、

再利用率は驚異の99.9%を誇ります

【具体的な業務の流れ】

①ご来店対応:

お客様をお迎えし、お持ち込み

いただいた商品の種類や背景を

丁寧にヒアリングします。

②鑑定・査定:

商品の状態、市場価値、需要などを

見極め、買取価格を提示します。

③買取成立:

お客様にご納得いただけたら、

手続きを進めます。

④仕分け・梱包:

買い取った商品を、最適な再利用

ルートに合わせて仕分け、配送準備。

来店数は1日20名ほど。

商品を査定するだけではなく、

【給与・待遇】

▼月給:270,000円~350,000円

▼各種手当

・交通費支給(上限3万円/月)

・鑑定士手当(1万円/月)

・店長手当(3万円/月)

▼想定年収:378万円~490万円

・昇給:年1回(4月)

・賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

※営業時間:11:00~18:30

※平均残業時間は月10時間以下

定時退社がほとんどです♪

▼9:45 出社・開店準備

店舗内の掃除や立て看板の

設置をして開店準備を進めます。

▼11:00 店舗オープン

お客様が来店されたら対応

それ以外の時間は、バックヤードの整理や

事務仕事などを行います。

▼18:45 閉店、退社

閉店作業と明日の準備をして、退社します
