税務ではGlobal/Local要件が複雑に混在し、特殊かつ多くのStakeholderが存在する。
また、新たなGlobal規制(GloBEルール・Public CbCR等)が発行され、
税務コンプライアンスに加え、国・地域別の税関連指標の開示も世界的な潮流となるなかで、
今後はGlobalベースでの戦略的な対応が期待されている。
・グローバルの税務方針(グローバル・タックス・ポリシー)の策定や税務体制の確立
・資生堂グループの実効税率低減に向けた活動の実施
・諸法令や規則に則り、資生堂グループの税務のプロセスを構築、リスクの最小化を実現
・移転価格ポリシーの設定、価格設定・運営
・グループ全体の移転価格業務プロセスの効率化
・適切な税務処理が行われるよう内部統制の構築・運営
・RHQ(Region Headquarter)や主要子会社のCFOや税務責任者やHQ関連部門へ指導力を発揮し上記のことを実行する
・国内外の財務領域社員の税務に関する専門性・能力向上に向けた各教育をリードする
・税務Gメンバーを教育・研修・啓蒙・動機付けを行い高い成果を出す
業務内容:
資生堂グループのグローバルTAXマネージャーとして、グループ全体の税務戦略、税務ガバナンスを統括するポジションです。
【予定業務】
・グローバル税務戦略統括(ROIC最適化、BEPS対応、移転価格税制、税務情報開示、納税最適化等)
・プロジェクトリード(組織再編、M&A等プロジェクトに対する税務面の助言、実行)
・子会社ガバナンス(国内外子会社の税務業務モニタリング、改善提案等)
・子会社支援(国内外子会社の税務調査対応等)
・税務グループメンバー及びリージョン所属のTaxメンバーの育成
必要な能力/経験/資質:
・方向性を出し、人材を動機付け、プロアクティブに組織を動かす能力
・プロジェクトマネジメント能力
・税務当局と折衝・交渉ができる税務に関する専門知識、折衝・交渉力
・想定されるビジネスに関連するリスクに対して先手を打って対処できる知見と行動力
・議論ができるレベルの英語力、日本語力
・実務経験15年以上
・ピープルマネジメント経験
