仕事内容:

★病院ほどのスピードは求めない。入所者様のペースに合わせ、じっくり評価できる環境★

【業務内容】

お一人おひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドの個別リハビリ

入所者様一人ひとりの身体状況や生活背景に基づき、生活機能の維持・向上を目指したリハビリテーション計画の作成および実施を行います。

【1日のスケジュール例】

9:00 出勤・情報収集(夜勤帯からの申し送り確認、バイタルチェック)

9:30 午前の個別リハビリ(お一人おひとりの目標に合わせた機能訓練)

11:30 嚥下体操・昼食の見守り(食事姿勢の調整、専門職としての嚥下確認)

12:00 休憩(1時間・スタッフ間で交代でリフレッシュ)

13:00 午後の個別リハビリ・ADLトレーニング(着替え・入浴など生活動作の練習)

14:30 集団リハビリ・レクリエーション(認知症予防やフレイル予防のエクササイズ)

15:30 カンファレンス・計画書作成(多職種連携での情報共有、電子カルテの入力)

16:30 福祉用具の適合調整・環境整備(車椅子やクッションの調整、住宅改修の相談)

17:00 業務終了(定時退社・残業ほぼなしでプライベートも充実)
