C&Wリサーチ&コンサルティング部門は、不動産市場調査・分析の分野において、サービスラインとクライアントに優れた専門知識をタイムリーに提供し、当社の成長をサポートすることを目標としています。会社の基準に沿った正確で信頼性の高い統計的な不動産市場データやレポートの提供、卓越した市場知識の提供、要点を抑えたプレゼンテーションなどを通じ、新規ビジネスの獲得を実現してきました。このポジションは、リサーチ&コンサルティング部門を率いるヘッド・オブ・リサーチ&コンサルティングとして中核的役割を担うものです。

求められる知識と経験
- 15年のリサーチ関連の経験。
- 事業用不動産、経済学、データ分析、空間分析のいずれかの分野での専門知識。
- 大学レベルの学位が最低限必要(大学院修士課程、不動産・経済学・金融学専攻が望ましい)。
主たる責務
- アナリストで構成されるリサーチチームのマネジメント。
- 戦略的研究イニシアティブを主導する。事業部門と協議しながら、リサーチおよびソートリーダーシップに関わる計画を策定し実施する。複数の部門や分野にまたがる主要なリサーチプロジェクトの取りまとめ。
- 顧客向け分析調査資料の作成、配布。
- 国内外のリサーチチームや営業部門と協業をすすめることによるグローバルプレゼンスの向上。
- アセットクラス別データベースを更新、社内データの品質管理、検証、改善(自動化含む)。
- リサーチチームのメンバーとして、国内外クライアント向け成果物を作成および見直し。
- 顧客向けプレゼンテーションや、タイムリーな市場情報、最新情報、洞察を提供するその他の会議への参加。
- 新たなリサーチ・サービスの開発・強化への取り組みに関するサポート業務。
- リサーチおよびコンサルティング業務の提案依頼書(RFP)に対応し、クライアントの期待に応え、それを上回る高品質なコンサルティングレポートの納品を管理する。
- マーケティング&コミュニケーション部と連携し、市場のメディアおよび広報担当者との関係を構築と維持。
- 日本語と英語での顧客プレゼンテーション。
技能と資格
- チームで働くことのできる方、立場の異なるステークホルダーとつながることのできる基本的なコミュニケーションスキル。
- 優れた文章力、分析力、口頭でのプレゼンテーション能力が不可欠。
- 効率的にマルチタスクと優先順位付けを行う能力を含む優れたタイムマネジメント能力。
- 分析や業務に関して細心の注意を払える。
- エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントを扱う中級者以上の能力。その他Power BIなどを含めた分析ソフトウェアに関する専門知識と実績があれば、プラス。
- 細やかなデータを扱える注意力、複数のタスクをこなせる能力。
言語と要求水準
- 大学レベルの学位が最低限必要。経済学またはファイナンスに関連する学位があればプラス。
- 日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル。
