今回は、決済管理部門にて 営業事務(未入金対応・業務改善担当) を募集します

コツコツとした業務の中にも改善や工夫が活きる仕事です。

数字を扱う正確性と、より良くしていく姿勢の両方を評価します。

\ 業務内容 /

決済管理部門で、未入金対応を中心とした事務・改善業務をお任せします。

業務の効率化や仕組みづくりにも積極的に関わっていただけます。

  • 主な業務内容

①未入金顧客への対応・フォロー

・一般消費者(BtoC)へのメール・SMS・電話によるご案内

・再請求・リマインド送信などの実務対応

・問い合わせ内容の確認と入金ステータスの更新

②債権・決済データの管理

・入金確認、消込処理、未回収リストのチェック

・決済代行会社との連携・確認対応

・数字データの集計・報告(フォーマットあり)

③仕組みづくり・業務改善

・未入金対応の自動化・効率化(メールテンプレートや送信システムの改善)

・業務フローの見直し、ルール整備

・他部署(CS・経理)との連携によるプロセス最適化

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 19万5000円 〜 22万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり9万1406円 〜 10万5469円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり60時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

・月給32万円/2年目/35歳
