RWAS(Real-World & Analytics Solutions)は医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータの解析・ソリューション構築と提供・研究支援事業および医療・ヘルスケアに特化した経営コンサルティング機能を有する組織です。

RWAS戦略室/Medical Information Strategyは、国内外IQVIA Groupと協力した新規ソリューションの企画開発、リアルワールドデータ(RWD)をベースとした事業開発、自治体・医療機関・官公庁などへのサービス開発等を担当しています。

臨床試験関連ソリューションの展開に伴い、医療システムやRWDにおける医療データ活用のためのマッピングおよび医療機関ユーザーのソリューション活用の促進を担うMedical Coder/Site engagement specialist職を募集します。

Responsibility

医療用語や臨床業務・治験業務のプロセスに関する知見を活用して医療データ活用に関する業務と医療機関ユーザーのエンゲージメント業務を行って頂きます。


•病院向けシステム/RWDにおけるデータの整理およびマッピング
•ヘルスケア関連データにおけるAI学習用の教師データ作成
•医療機関向け臨床試験/治験支援ソリューションの導入運用支援 Qualification

Musthave

・論理的に物事を考え、コミュニケーションできる能力

・不確定要素の多い状況で評論家的態度に甘んじることなく自ら学び道を切り開いていく能力

・さまざまな文化や意見を尊重し、柔軟に自らの役割を定義して物事をすすめることができる対人能力

・製薬業界やCRO業界におけるCRC/CRA/DM等の治験関連業務の経験(5年以上)、または医療機関で臨床業務や医療情報システム関連業務に携わった経験(5年以上)

・医療従事者や医療機関関係者とスムーズにコミュニケーションできるスキル

・ネイティブな日本語能力

Nice to have

・診療情報管理士

・企業や医療機関でデータのコーディングやマッピングに従事した経験

・医療情報システム(電子カルテ/オーダエントリーシステム、地域医療連携システム(EHR)、治験業務システムなど)の営業・開発・導入等に関わった経験

・医療情報分野に関わる、各種データ交換規約(HL7、DICOM)や、標準データコード(MedDRA、ICD10、HOT、JLAC10)、各種ガイドライン(3省2ガイドライン、個人情報保護法 など)に関する知識
