【仕事内容】
多様な業界のお客様の業務を深く理解し、WEB系開発のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、DX推進を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
- 具体的な業務内容
・お客様の要望や課題のヒアリング、システムの改善および提案、見積もり対応
・新規プロジェクトの顧客折衝、要件定義、設計
・小規模から大規模まで様々なプロジェクトの立ち上げ~リリースまでのマネジメント業務
・上流工程を含めた新規プロジェクト全般の管理(企画立案、予算管理、工数管理)
・メンバーマネジメント、チームビルディング

・WEBシステム、アプリケーション開発のプロジェクトリーダー/マネージャー経験
※目安3年以上

・円滑にプロジェクトを進められる折衝・交渉・説得力をお持ちの方(又は身に着けたい方)
・能動的・自発的にエンドユーザー様やパートナー様とコミュニケーションが取れる方
・お客様の根本的なDX課題を発掘し、解決に向けて伴走したい方
・これまで経験のない業界のPJにも臆せずチャレンジできる方
・テクノロジーやトレンドの進化とともに、常に自身の情報アップデートする意識のある方
