仕事内容


当院は、台東区上野にある慢性的な足の症状の治療といびき改善を通して健康と質の高い生活を手に入れていただくことを目指しています。

「人生100年時代、健康寿命に足の健康と質の高い睡眠は重要課題」をコンセプトに、専門的な医療を提供しています。この度、正職員の受付・カウンセラーの募集しています。

完全予約制のため、1人ひとりの患者様と

しっかり向き合える環境です。

主な業務内容

・来院された患者様の受付対応

・問診内容の確認、簡単なヒアリング

・いびきでお悩みの方の相談対応

・治療内容や料金プランのご説明

・患者様の状況やご希望に合わせた治療プランのご提案

・予約管理、書類作成などの事務業務

カウンセリングは1回60分程度。

患者様の不安や悩みに寄り添いながら、

無理のない治療プランをご案内します。

ノルマはありません。

数字よりも「丁寧な対応」「信頼関係」を重視しています。

医療知識は入社後の研修で学べるため、

未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

実際に未経験入社のスタッフが多数活躍しています。

接客や販売、営業など、

人と接する仕事の経験を活かしやすい仕事です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

10:00~19:00

実働8時間/休憩1時間(14:00~15:00)

・残業ほぼなし(月3時間以内)

・完全予約制のため急な延長なし

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万8000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり32時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給27万円~

個人売上実績に応じてインセンティブ支給あり

固定残業代:あり 固定残業代52,000円〜(月32時間相当分)を含む。

超過分は別途全額支給。
