組織・チームのミッション

Engineering Office(EO)のミッションは、強固で持続可能なエンジニアリング組織を確立することです。 エンジニアリング部門が、お客さまに対して迅速かつ継続的に価値を届けられるよう、最高のエンジニアリング体験を実現するための社内プロジェクトや仕組みづくりをリードしています。

本ポジションは、Engineering Officeの中でエンジニアリング組織の管理会計を担うチームでの募集です。

エンジニアリソースを適切に管理し、最適な会計処理を推進することで、開発リソースの効果的な配置に貢献することをミッションとしています。

各ステークホルダーと連携しながら、エンジニアから効率的に情報を収集し、そのデータを会計処理や意思決定に活用、さらに、多様なユースケースに応じて情報の可視化・管理を推進し、エンジニアリング組織全体の健全で戦略的な運営を支えます。

業務内容

エンジニアリング部門における予算策定、コスト管理、および関連するプロセスの運営と最適化
ソフトウェア資産化プロセスの運用・保守(改善活動を含む)
上記業務を遂行するに必要なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション(エンジニア、デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャー、ファイナンス、監査部門など)

エンジニアリング部門の運営において欠かせない管理会計業務に携わりながら、ソフトウェア資産化および予算管理のプロセス設計・改善・運用など、幅広い領域に関与することができます。
ビジネス規模や成長ステージが異なる複数のプロダクトを考慮し、全社横断で利用可能なプロセスを設計するなど、高度でチャレンジングな課題に取り組む機会があります。
Engineering Officeの活動は多岐にわたり、メンバーのスキルセットも多様です。それぞれの強みや特性を活かしながらチームとして成果を出すため、より多くのメンバーが幅広い業務領域をカバーできるようなスキル習得を推奨しています。自らの可能性を限定せず、スキルを伸ばし、活躍の幅を広げていける環境です。

応募要件

求める経験・スキル
実務経験:目安として2〜3年以上の以下に類する業務経験を有する方
表計算ツールを活用してのデータ整理・集計・分析、および課題解決を行う業務(関数・ピボットテーブル等の活用を含む。メルカリではGoogle Spreadsheetsを利用)
部門横断的な多様なステークホルダー(エンジニア、デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャー、ファイナンス部門、監査部門など)とコミュニケーションしながらの業務
自社プロダクト開発を行っている企業での業務(エンジニアリング部門やプロダクトマネジメント部門との協働経験を含む)
継続的な業務改善を推進できる主体性と問題解決能力
常に変化する環境の中で柔軟に学習し適応できるマインドセット
歓迎する経験・スキル
ソフトウェア資産化プロセスの運用・保守、または関連する業務の実務経験
企業における予算策定およびコスト管理の実務経験
データ分析やBIツールを活用したレポーティング経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
英語: Independent(CEFR - B1) 歓迎
