仕事内容
住友林業の中大規模木造建築事業において、安全・品質を確保するための業務を担っていただきます。
1)安全管理業務
― 安全衛生管理計画の立案
― 各作業所に対する安全衛生計画の展開
― 安全パトロールの実施
― 安衛法や社内ルールに基づいた教育・指導の実施
2)品質管理業務
― 施工計画書に対する指摘・指導の実施
― 施工計画の管理

応募資格
【必須条件・経験・資格・語学】
①一級施工管理技士
②安全・品質管理に関する業務経験
③安衛法に対する理解
【あれば尚可】
・ISOに関する業務経験

勤務時間
フレックスタイム制
標準労働時間 7時間15分/日
コアタイム 11:00~15:00、インターバル制(11時間)
給与
月給32万円以上(時間外手当相当額82,104円を含む)
- 時間外手当相当額は、実際の時間外労働時間にかかわらず、41時間分を固定で支給します。
- 上記時間を超過した分については、別途時間外勤務手当を支給します。
- 当社の標準労働時間は7時間15分です。
- 給与については能力・経験等を考慮し、当社規程により決定します。
