みずほフィナンシャルグループ全体を対象としたAIによるデジタルトランスフォーメーションに向けて特に技術面から仕組みづくり、開発の指揮・管理、個別課題の解決を担っていただくポジション。
具体的には、AIテックリードや開発部隊と適切に連携しながら、以下の業務領域に対応。
■生成AIの利活用を想定したデータの構造化・加工・分析処理等のデータエンジニアリング
■生成AIのモデル開発に必要なデータの特定、データベース設計
■大規模言語モデルの選定、プライベートLLMのセットアップ、ファインチューニング、LLMOpsの実施
■プライベートLLMの分析、技術的評価
なお、〈みずほ〉では複数の部署で募集を行っておりますが、業務内容が一部重複する場合があります。ご希望や適性に応じて、複数の業務を兼務していただくことも可能ですので、幅広い経験を積んでいただけます。ご興味のあるポジションにご応募ください。

以下をすべて満たすこと
■Webアプリの開発経験(Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS 等)
■AI・機械学習などの技術を活用したデータ分析、またはモデル開発経験
■マシンラーニング、データマイニング、情報検索、統計などに関する業務経験または同等の見識
■データサイエンス実務だけでなく、各業務部門のビジネスへの関与に高い関心があること
【歓迎スキル・経験】

■ ビックデータを活用した分析業務、AIモデル開発業務の実務経験
■金融業務に関するデータ分析経験
■Tableau等を活用したデータ可視化業務に関する経験SQLを用いたデータ抽出、加工経験
■機械学習プラットフォームを活用したデータ分析経験(Amazon SageMaker、Azure ML、Databricksなど)
■社内外のステークホルダーとの交渉・調整が可能なコミュニケ―ション能力
■分析的思考力、概念的思考力、クリティカル・シンキング力
