ベスカ株式会社の決済端末開発エンジニアチームにおいて、開発プロジェクトの推進およびチームマネジメントを担っていただきます。チームメンバーの育成やモチベーション管理、開発工程全体の進行管理、技術選定、品質向上といった組織面・技術面双方のリーダーシップを発揮しながら、事業成長に直結する製品開発をリードしていただくポジションです。
【具体的には】
・プロジェクトの進行管理(スケジュール・リソース調整・リスクマネジメント)
・設計レビューやコードレベルでの品質確認、技術課題の解決
・開発メンバーの育成・目標設定・1on1などのピープルマネジメント
・部署横断での連携(事業企画・営業・カスタマーサポート・オペレーションチームなど)
・外部パートナーやベンダーとの技術的な折衝・レビュー・技術会議への参加
・技術的な方針やアーキテクチャの選定と提案・交渉・調整
【求める人材】
・アプリ開発におけるエンジニアとしての実務経験(5年以上)
・チームマネジメント、またはテックリード等のリーダー経験(3名以上のチーム)
・プロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
・メンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション・育成スキル

・複数チーム・複数プロジェクトの横断的なマネジメント経験
・プロダクトマネージャーとの連携経験

【給与】
年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
