専門学校の総務課スタッフとして経理、奨学金、学校事務全般を担当していただきます。

総務課は学校運営に関わる様々な業務を行う部署ですので日常業務を通して多くの経験を身につける事ができます。

学校行事の多くは1年周期ですので各シーズンに応じて必要な業務を1年~2年かけて習得してもらいます。

現在総務課は12名(男性7名、女性5名)のメンバーで構成しており、広報課と共に2023/3月にリノベーションした綺麗なオフィス環境で働いています。

  • 立地/学生

梅田駅、地下鉄中津駅より徒歩5分の場所にある校舎(本館/1号館)で約800名の

学生がエンタテインメント業界で活躍する夢の実現をめざして学んでいます。

  • 具体的な業務
  • 経理 (楽々精算)

・交通費精算など現金出納処理

・伝票入力

・学費管理

・事務書類の作成やデータ集計

※未経験でも経理に興味がある方、勉強して経理スキルを身につけたい方歓迎 (簡単な経理処理からレクチャーします)

  • 奨学金 (日本学生支援機構/JASSO)

・手続きに関する説明会の運営

・奨学金に関する学生面談や指導

・学生対応 (手続きサポート等)

・計数データの作成管理(Excel)

※奨学金や修学支援新制度に関する事務経験者歓迎(行政対応も多少あるので仕事の幅が広がります)

  • 学校事務全般

・保護者、入学希望者からの電話や対面による問い合わせ対応

・オープンキャンパス対応

・入学手続き、在籍管理

・各種申請や行政手続き

・その他事務(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

※総務課は大阪校の中でも担当する職域カテゴリーが1番多い部署です。

仕事がなれてきたら適正、状況、希望に合わせて興味のあるカテゴリーを体験し、将来ビジョンを描く事ができます (定期的な上長面談を通して共有します)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 22日

シフト制(実働8時間)

  • 早番 08:30~17:30
  • 中番 10:30~19:30
  • 遅番 12:45~21:45

※シフトは業務内容に合わせて決定 (週/1-2回の中番(遅番)を想定)

※残業は月平均/5時間程度(繁忙期・閑散期により変動)

※2025年度の年間休日は119日 (月9~12日の休日)

※オープンキャンパス(日曜日)に出勤していただく事があります。

※年間休日119日に加えて有休取得率が高いので(取得推進しています)

基本給:月給 19万7000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万8000円

物価手当:¥18,000(大阪)

通勤手当:実費支給(上限あり)

・1日上限¥2,800

・月額上限¥28,000

支給額は規定により決定します。

賞与:夏と冬の年2回

・支給目安:年間2か月分

人事考課、業績などにより決定します。

昇給:年に1回人事考課実施
