We're seeking a committed individual to join our close-knit family of 50 diverse members. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our growing team and contribute to our mission of preserving and promoting Japan's rich cultural heritage.
As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work in our lively and energetic office environment.
Basic proficiency in the Windows Office suite is required, as you'll be utilizing it extensively for tasks such as stock management, article writing, and crafting PowerPoint presentations.
Priority will be given to those who are bilingual or have relevant experience.

Regarding compensation:
- During the training phase, you'll receive an hourly wage of 1200 Yen. The duration of training varies based on your learning pace, with fast learners completing it in 2 weeks.
- The base salary ranges from 1300 to 1500 Yen per hour, contingent upon your comprehension of our products and your contributions to the team. Quick learners can attain the maximum hourly wage within 2-3 months.
- After 3-6 months of employment, we offer full-time positions and visa sponsorship, in compliance with Japanese labor laws. Our benefits include paid holidays and thrice-yearly bonuses, exceeding those of traditional companies.
- Our expansion plan targets a growth rate of 2-4 stores annually. We value individuals committed to long-term collaboration, growth, and professionalism.
- Additionally, we have future plans to venture into Japanese sake bars, hotels, and other real estate projects.
