2026年5月リリース新サービスのオープニング募集
AIを搭載した最先端の人事評価クラウド「Scale」のリリースに向け、マーケティングチームの立ち上げメンバーを募集します。 「過去にマーケティング経験があるが、今は家庭を優先したい」「フリーランスとして案件を増やしたい」という方にピッタリのお仕事です。
【具体的な業務】 リリース前の今が一番面白い時期ですあなたの得意分野からお任せします。
- Web広告の運用・管理(Google/Yahoo/SNS等)
- リード獲得施策の実行(セミナー企画・運営サポート)
- MA/SFAツール(顧客管理システム)のデータ管理
- 評価制度に関する講座の集客サポート

求める人材:
【必須条件】
チャットツールやZoomでのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
マーケティングまたは広報の実務経験がある方(目安:3年以上)

HR(人材)業界での経験がある方
出産・育児などでブランクがあるが、復帰したい方
自走して業務を進められる方
勤務時間・曜日:
9時〜18時の中で希望する時間帯で勤務可能
※1日3時間OK、週3回OK
休暇・休日:
- 曜日: 平日 9:00〜18:00 の間で自由シフト
- 土日祝はお休みです。
