The Rakuten Group's basic management philosophy is to "empower" people and society through innovation.
Rakuten Group offers more than 70 diverse services, including the online shopping mall Rakuten Ichiba, e-commerce services such as the travel booking site Rakuten Travel, financial services such as Rakuten Bank, and professional sports.
As the company grows and globalizes, we need to strengthen measures against crimes targeting Rakuten services.
Department Overview
As the General Affairs organization of Rakuten Group, our goal is to provide an environment that generates high productivity for all offices from the headquarters to domestic branches, in both hardware and software aspects.
While complying with laws and regulations, we contribute to the company's growth by providing appropriate and speedy office environments and employee services.
Currently, our organization mainly supports group companies.

Position Details
Depending on experience and aptitude, you will be assigned to one of the following tasks.
Management of contracts and handling of seals
Establishment/improvement of regulations and manuals for corporate governance
Participation in the operation of large internal meetings/events
Responding to inquiries from employees
General administrative reform and operation related to general affairs
Other general administrative and clerical tasks
Work Environment
The organization consists of about 20 members, most of whom are mid-career hires
Members include individuals with various industry experiences and back-office experiences in HR, general affairs, and legal
Mandatory Qualifications:
Business company work experience (2 years or more)
Practical experience with Office software at a certain level (such as creating pivot tables in Excel, presentation materials in PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
Work experience (3 years or more)
Experience in management tasks in a business company
Business Law Examination qualification
