元から部屋の間取り図に興味があり、マンションやアパートの外観から内装が気になったり…

そんな「興味」が派生して、気がつけば現職に就いていました。

不動産企業は数あれど、「賃貸住宅サービス」はその物件数の多さや全国ネットワークの広さから、より最新の情報に触れられ、お客様にも最高のサービスが提供できると思い志望しました。

お客様一人ひとりのニーズや希望をしっかりお聴きし、これぞといった物件を紹介できたとき。

お客様も気に入っていただき契約に繋がったときは何よりの喜びを感じます。

試行錯誤を繰り返した末に感じられるので、喜びもひとしおです。

しかしながら、昔のようなノルマ必達、休憩も休みも返上で仕事に勤しむ…

といった雰囲気はまったくありません。

休憩中はしっかり休み、休日はプライベートを満喫。

チームのメンバーも共通してそれを大切にしています。

ちなみに私は車やバイクが好きで、乗るのももちろんですが、自分好みにリメイクしたりもします。

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・40歳まで(長期勤続によるキャリア形成をはかるため、例外事由3号のイ)
