仕事内容
多摩地域および都内を中心に、木造住宅の上棟(建方)や一般住宅・マンションなど、さまざまな建築現場で足場の組立・解体を行う業務です。現場ごとに状況が異なるため、常に安全を最優先しながら、スピードと正確さを両立させた作業が求められます。扱うのは主にくさび式足場で、軽量かつ扱いやすく、経験者はもちろん、技術を磨きたい方にも最適な環境です。担当する現場は年間を通して安定しており、独立したての一人親方や協力業者として働く方にも継続的な仕事を提供できます。建物づくりを支える重要な工程に携わり、現場の職人さんたちからも信頼されるやりがいのある仕事です。安全意識を持って取り組める方を歓迎します。
※予定よりも早く作業が完了することが多く、夕方には1日の行程を終了し、帰路に着くことがほとんどです。
<具体的な仕事内容>
- 木造住宅の上棟(建方)や一般住宅、マンションなど建築現場での足場の組立・解体
- くさび式足場(ビケ足場)を使用した安全で効率的な施工
- 足場資材の運搬・搬入・整理
- 現場での安全確認や点検作業
- 作業計画に沿った足場設置の段取りや調整
- 他の職人やチームメンバーとの連携作業
※いわゆる「鳶職人」のお仕事です
<ビケ足場(BIKE足場)=くさび式足場>
支柱(縦桟)と水平材に「くさび」を打ち込んで組み立てるタイプの足場です。ハンマーで打ち込むだけで接合できるため、組立・解体が早く、安全性も高いのが特徴です。
<未経験者も大歓迎>
先輩スタッフが一から丁寧にサポートするため、基礎から安全に技術を身につけられる環境です。実際に未経験からスタートした職人も多く、今では現場を任されるまでに成長しています。体を動かすことが好きな方、手に職をつけたい方、安定して働きたい方にぴったりの仕事です。一歩踏み出す気持ちがあれば大丈夫。ぜひ挑戦してみてください

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 25日
8:30〜17:30(早上がりあり)
※現場により様々ですが、予定時間よりも早く完了できるように工夫しています
※予定よりも早く作業が完了することが多く、夕方には1日の行程を終了し、帰路に着くことがほとんどです
