Fintech×セキュリティSaaSで社会を変える

原則在宅勤務・土日祝休み・年間休日125日

【仕事内容】

ビジネス総合職として、まずはセールス領域からスタート。クレジットカード不正検知システム「ASUKA」を中心とした提案営業や、新規顧客からの問い合わせ対応、決済代行会社やカード会社などの提携先との連携・紹介依頼、セールスの立場からプロジェクトや企画への参画、業務改善や企画提案など幅広い業務をお任せします。

その後は、他商材のセールス、マーケティング、商品企画、カスタマーサクセスなど、あなたの成長や希望に応じて多彩なキャリアパスが広がります。

未経験からでもチャレンジできる環境

職種・業種未経験OK新入社員研修やOJT、メンター制度など、安心して成長できるサポート体制が整っています。

働きやすさも重視

原則在宅勤務・フレックスタイム制・コアタイム11:00~15:00。月平均残業時間は7時間と少なめ。ワークライフバランスを大切にしながら、成長できる環境です。

給与:

【給与詳細】

年俸制:年俸325万円(月額27万円)

・月40時間分の固定残業代61,000円+在宅勤務手当15,000円含む

・40時間の固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず支給、超過分は追加で支給

・給与改定:年2回(評価により決定)

・賞与:業績により支給する場合あり

・試用期間:3ヶ月(同条件)
