【仕事内容】

株式会社リブ・コンサルティングは、総合経営コンサルティング業務と企業経営に関する教育・研修プログラムの企画・運営を主な事業内容とする会社です。

AIエージェントやRAG開発等のプロジェクトマネジメント、ビジネス側の要求整理、

要件定義、顧客提案、コミュニケーションなどを担当します。

具体的な業務としては、クライアントのニーズをヒアリングし、生成AIおよびデータ活用プラットフォームの構想を策定し、実用的なソリューションを設計します。

また、プロジェクトリーダーとして計画立案、タスク管理、メンバーの進捗管理を行い、開発・導入プロセスを推進し、ドキュメントを作成します。

【具体的には】

・ 構想策定:クライアントの各部署のニーズをヒアリングし、生成AIおよびデータ活用プラットフォームの構想を策定。技術的な実現可能性を考慮した上で、机上の提案に留まらない、実用的なソリューションを設計。

・ プロジェクト推進:構想策定段階におけるプロジェクトリーダーとして、計画の立案、タスク管理、メンバーの進捗管理などを担当。構想に基づいた具体的な開発・導入プロセスを推進。

・ ドキュメンテーション:構想内容や設計、プロジェクトの進捗状況などを分かりやすく整理し、ドキュメントとして作成。

【求める人材】

・SIerやITコンサルティング会社における上流工程側(要求/要件定義)の実務経験5年以上

・エンタープライズ企業におけるDXプロジェクトのプロジェクトリード経験

・顧客折衝や経営層への提案の実務経験

・IT導入支援のプロジェクト経験

・システム要求/要件定義/基本設計の経験

・クライアントを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション力

【歓迎】

・Azure OpenAI、AWS Bedrock、GCP Vertex AIなどの環境構築経験

・セキュリティ/ガバナンスを考慮したシステム設計の経験

【給与】

年収1000~2000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
