【仕事内容】
採用管理システム「i-web」、適性検査「TG-WEB」を中心に、HRテクノロジーの力で、人材の"採用"から"定着"、その先の"活躍"までを支援しています。自社サービス(i-web、TG-WEB、Co-Laboなど)のインフラの設計・構築・運用を担当・サポートしていただきます。
- 『i-web』について
企業の人材採用を支援する採用ソリューション事業です。
「複数サイトの応募者管理を簡潔にしたい」
「会社理解でミスマッチを防ぎたい」
「地方や海外からも応募者を募りたい」
という企業の課題にコミットする採用管理システムを扱っています。
- 『TG-WEB』について
人と組織のマッチングをかなえる適性アセスメント事業です。面接官の意向だけではない科学的な選考や、制限時間内でもっと効果的な面接、強みを生かした配置配属などの企業の悩みを解決しています。
- 具体的な業務内容
・稼働中インフラの設定、運用、保守業務

・リーダーもしくはメンバーとして、インフラ構築プロジェクトの進行・管理
※はじめは指導員や先輩社員のサポートのもとでできることからご担当いただきます。

【勤務時間】フルフレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均15時間
※フレキシブルタイムは8:00〜20:00です
※在宅勤務時は、事業場外みなし労働時間制を適用 「事業場外みなし労働時間制により、1日8時間働いたものとみなされます」
※フレックスタイム制・在宅勤務は、試用期間終了後に適用対象になります。
試用期間中は9:00〜18:00勤務(実働8時間)時間外労働に関しては試用期間中も変更なし。
【給与】
414万円〜550万円
月給制 基本給204000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月31時間〜45時間分として65000〜85000円)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
