・勤務形態:訪問看護+オンコール(月4~5回)で週40時間

■ 募集ポジション

正社員看護師(訪問看護)

■ 主な業務内容

・訪問看護:利用者宅に訪問し、看護計画に基づく看護を提供(1日約5件程度)

・電話対応専任看護師:利用者からの電話対応、内容整理、訪問チームへの報告(在宅ワーク可)

・オンコール専任看護師:夜間の利用者対応、病状アセスメント、必要に応じた訪問確認(在宅ワーク)

・日勤:8:50~17:50

・オンコール:17:50~8:50(月4~5回)

・オンコール明けは勤務不要

・週2日の休日+その月の祝日数

・夏季休日:会社指定の3日間

・冬季休日:会社指定の4日間

・有給休暇:法定通り支給

■ オンコール明けは勤務不要。メリハリのある働き方で充実したプライベート

月4~5回のオンコール対応ですが、オンコール明けは勤務が不要です。休日にもカウントされないため、プライベート時間をしっかり確保できます。

教育手当10,000円、調整手当30,000円、食事手当10,000円、住宅手当20,000円、家族手当など各種手当が充実。時間外分も別途支給されます。
