必須スキル


・2年以上の営業経験もしくはクライアントワーク経験 ・正社員として2年以上同じ会社で勤務をした経験 ・スピード感を持って業務に取り組める方 ・課題に対して本質的な解決策を追求できる方

・人材業界でキャリアアドバイザー/リクルーティングアドバイザーなどの職種で成果を上げた経験 ・プロセスづくり、仕組み化、効率化が促進できる方 ・ベンチャー企業やスタートアップ企業での業務経験

応募概要


給与

550~700万 ※応相談 年俸制 (年俸の12分の1を毎月支給 グレードに応じて決定)

・所定労働時間8時間 ・フレックスタイム制 (コアタイム:12:00-18:00) ・ハイブリッド勤務(週3東京オフィス出社)

あり (3ヶ月、本採用と同条件)
