Simplicityでは、Eコマースマネージャーとして、戦略的なビジョンと実行力をもって、国内およびグローバル市場でのEコマースの成長を牽引していただく方を募集しています。
この役割では、日本市場とグローバル市場を視野に、より多くの方にブランドの価値を届けるため、幅広い知見を活かしながら戦略的に取り組んでいただきます。
主な責任:
【市場拡大】
グローバル市場におけるEコマースの発展と販売拡大を主導する。
市場調査やデータ分析を通じて、国や地域ごとの特性に適した戦略を策定し、ブランドの認知と販売機会を拡大する。
【日本市場とグローバル市場の運営統括】
日本およびグローバルのEコマースプラットフォームを統括し、
運営効率、サービス品質、顧客体験の最適化を図る。
【製品・価格戦略】
製品開発、ブランド、マーケティングチームと連携し、
市場動向やブランド価値に基づいた製品構成と価格戦略を策定する。
【部門連携】
卸売、物流、マーケティングなど関連部門と協力し、
統合的で持続可能なEコマース戦略を構築・実行する。
【顧客体験の向上】
国内外のプラットフォームにおける顧客体験を分析し、
ユーザー行動データをもとにサイト改善やエンゲージメント向上策を推進する。

求めている人材
・ビジネス、マーケティング、コミュニケーション、または関連分野の学士号
・Eコマース運営経験5年以上
・国内およびグローバル市場における戦略的運営経験
・Eコマース戦略、市場分析、製品・価格戦略に関する深い理解
・ShopifyやGoogle AnalyticsなどのEコマースツールの使用経験
・日本語必須、英語歓迎(その他言語スキル尚可)
・Eコマース最新トレンドへの理解と強い関心
・日本の伝統技術や文化的価値を、現代的なEコマースの形で発信する意欲
