概要・業務内容


主に大手・地域建設会社(ゼネコン)や総合金物店を対象に地域に密着した営業活動を展開しています。

自社で製造している製品の提案営業、受注後の工場への製作手配、施工の管理まで担当して頂きます。

自分たちの仕事が形として残り、多くの人に使ってもらえる喜びを感じることができる仕事です。

製品は、学校などの公共施設、有名な商業施設、マンション等の手すりや壁、天井に使用されています。

8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

給与情報

  • その他手当

・業績給 年間の営業成績を反映した業績給を次年度に毎月支給(平均月9万円※2023年実績)

・役職手当 30,000円~/月 ※役職者のみ

・資格手当 一級建築士:20,000円/月

1級建築施工管理技士:16,000円/月

宅地建物取引士:10,000円/月 など

昇給:年1回

賞与:年3回 ※計基本給4.5ヶ月分(2023年実績)に加え、

直近4ヶ月の業績を反映したインセンティブを年3回支給

※入社後6か月経過が対象となります。
