職務内容

  • 全社の業務効率化と働き方改革を目的に、社内事例展示会やデジタル活用イベントの企画・運営を通じて

全社デジタル活用の啓発・文化醸成をお任せします。

・社内事例展示会やデジタル活用イベントの企画・運営

・全社デジタル化推進の企画・実行

・業務改善ニーズのヒアリングと最適なデジタルソリューションの提案

・Microsoft365 Power Platformを活用した市民開発の推進

・デジタル活用に関する教育・トレーニングの企画・実施

【ジェイテクトの強み】

各種軸受け製品やステアリング(車の曲がる機能)、工作機械など世界でもトップクラスの製品を複数有しています。

トヨタグループ内でも当社の軸受け、工作機械、FA機器などの幅広い製品を扱っているのは当社だけであり、技術力は高い評価を受けております。

今後は各製品を結び付けて、IoE(Internet of Everything)に関わる製品も積極的に開発していく予定です。
