デジタルコンサルタント最新テクノロジーを活用したDX企画・実行支援【プライム案件/リモートメイン】
【仕事内容】
【概要】
企業のDX戦略、デジタルテクノロジーを活用した企画・実践支援などを手がけていただきます。
・デジタル戦略立案、デジタル化全体構想
・デジタルテクノロジーを活用した新規ビジネス企画・実践支援
・ソーシャル、モバイル、ビッグデータアナリティクス、クラウド、IoTなどを活用した新しい業務・ システムの企画・設計
・デジタル変革や、チェンジマネジメント活動を通じたシステム導入効果の実現化支援
【役割・期待】
最新のテクノロジーを活用しながら、日々高度化するクライアントのビジネス改革を成功に導くことがミッションです。
・デジタルトランスフォーメーション(IT+業務・組織)のための戦略立案、グランドデザイン、変革ロードマップの策定
・既存IT・最新テクノロジーを組み合わせた全体アーキテクチャ・ソリューションのデザイン
・デジタル化や、DXプロジェクトのPMO(事務型・管理型・参謀型問わず)
【プロジェクト例】
・インダストリーやソリューションに囚われない多種多様な業種の全社デジタル化戦略立案、デジタル化およびDX支援
直近ではパーソルグループの重要プロジェクトに対するPMO支援やPKG導入コンサル、および業務・システム改革支援等を推進中です。
【魅力】
・当面は同社グループ全体でのDX戦略を具体的に実行推進いただく想定です(BPRやPKG導入等)。
ITコンサル・SIerとして高いナレッジ、アウトソーシング・BPOビジネスで成長中のグループや社内連携だけでなく、
グループ各社とも連携します。また、グループ内に囚われず、グループ外にも積極的に提案します。
・現在、フルリモートに近い環境で就業しているメンバーが多いですが、強制ではありませんので個人の最適な環境を優先します
(但し、顧客ニーズやその時々のチームコンディション優先)。
・立ち上げて間もないグループですので、心理的安全性を確保しつつ、チーム全員で意見を出しながら組織文化や、やりたい事、
やるべき事を決めていきます。

【年収・給与】
年収:680~1450 万円 月給制 基本給:357800円残業代:全額支給 一律(固定)手当:拠出手当 55000円※採用時の職位に応じて、裁量労働制の適用対象になる場合がございます。※裁量労働制の場合、1日当たり9時間15分働いたものとみなします。通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり50000円)※通勤状況により、6か月分の定期券代金もしくは日額通勤回数を支給する 賞与:あり 年2回 昇給:あり 年2回
