当該業界向けに以下のような領域の案件組成、並びにサービス提供を行います。

(例)制度対応の係るプログラム・マネジメント・オフィス、大規模プロジェクト・マネジメント・オフィス
《役割および責任》
原則マネジャー職以上での採用を想定しております。(ご経験やご本人の志向によりスタッフクラスでの採用を検討する場合もございます)
アカウント担当としてビジネス領域全般について、CXO/部門長クラスとコミュニケーションを取り、経営課題を理解し、サービスラインと協業し解決策を提示し、プロジェクトチームの組成ができること、また、大規模・難易度の高いプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジャーを実施し、継続または関連案件の開拓ができることが期待されます。

<エネルギー事業知見>
・電力・ガス公益事業、石油・ガス開発・元売り事業のいずれかの業界知見を有する。
- 主要業務(発電、送配電、小売/開発・製造など)に関する理解を有する。
- 当該業界における組織・ITシステムなどの仕組みについての理解を有する。
- 国内外の業界規制、トレンドに関しての強い興味を有する。
<コンサルタント基本スキル>
・論理的思考力、コミュニケーション能力を有する。
- 問題・課題を検知・分析し、論点を整理した上で解決までのアプローチを構想し、クライアントに説明、共感を得て、実行に移すことができる。
- 単なる会議のファシリテートだけでなく、会議等においてプロジェクト・クライアント にインパクトを与える行動ができる。
- クライアント、およびチームメンバーと適時適切なコミュニケーションが取れ、適切な情報共有と、責任と権限の配分を行うことができる。
- オーナーシップを持ってプロジェクトを推進するマインドセットを有し、他のプロジェクト・メンバーをモティベートできる。
- 関係チーム・ステークフォルダーと連携し、必要なコラボレーションを推進できる。

<業務経験>
・コンサルティングファームにおいて、クライアントの業界を問わず3年以上の業務経験を有する。
・事業会社において、経営企画や営業企画などの企画部門や事業開発部門での3年以上の業務経験を有する。
・リサーチ会社において、業界構造・動向や企業戦略・事業に関する分析・報告・提言などの3年以上の業務経験を有する。
・グリーン成長戦略やカーボンニュートラルに係る取組みの経験を有する。
