業務内容
シティバンク、エヌ・エイ東京支店およびシティグループ証券株式会社において、法人顧客へ提供する外国為替・通貨プション商品のバックオフィスとしての役割を担い、取引確認・決済・決済後のレコンサイル業務等を行う。
本ポジションにおいて達成されるタスク
- 外国為替・通貨オプションの取引確認書(コンファメーション)作成および決済
- 取引情報・決済情報の分析
- 対内・対外報告のためのレポート作成
- 日毎の取引に関する会計勘定のレコンサイル
- Microsoftツールを使った各種データの整理
- 電話・メール等を使用しての対内部および対顧客対応
求められる資格・経験・スキル
- 学位または金融機関での数年程度の、外国為替関連業務・ないし銀行業務経験
- 外国為替の商品・規制・ポリシー等に関する基本的な知識
- 明確かつ簡潔な文章および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
- 日本語での、ネイティブレベルの口頭および文章でのコミュニケーションスキル
- 英語での、日常会話~ビジネスレベルの口頭および文章でのコミュニケーションスキル
- チームとして、部内チームメンバー・関連部署と連携して業務を遂行できる方
- 業務遂行のために主体的に立案、連携対応できる方
Job Description
The FX Operation Staff is an intermediate level position responsible for processing Confirmation and Settlement for FX and FX Option Trade. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of FX and FX Option product.
In this role, you're expected to:
- FX / FX Option confirmation and settlement related tasks
- Support data entry related
- Support data gathering
- Making internal reporting data
- Reconciliation of Day to day positions/GL/Client Statement, etc.
- Monitor Markets information and book into necessary system or data application (Excel, e-mail etc)
- Review current process and execute automation and straight through processing for better operation with risk mitigation
As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 2-3 years of relevant product / banking experience
- Fundamental understanding of FX / FX Option products, accounting and regulatory policies
- Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teamwork
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
