【職務概要】

SNSを中心に、独特な世界観を持つクリエイターの発掘から、キャラクターIPの開発、ファン育成、多角的な事業展開までのプロデュース全般を担います。

【職務詳細】

・スカウティングと関係構築

SNS(X、Instagram、TikTok)を中心に、クリエイターを発掘し、信頼関係を構築します。作家の創作意欲と市場ニーズの接点を見出します。

・SNS運用ディレクション

キャラクターの人格設計を行い、データに基づいた実験的な投稿と改善を繰り返し、ファンを獲得します。

・コンセプト開発とテストマーケティング

キャラクター設定やストーリーの共同企画を行い、SNSでのマンガ連載や動画展開など、低コストかつ高速なマーケティングを実行します。

・社内リソースへの接続

反響が得られたIPを、出版・アニメ・MD・ライセンス等の社内機能へ繋ぎ、事業拡大の全体戦略を描きます。

・クオリティコントロール

グッズ化やアニメ化の際、世界観が崩れないようクリエイターの代弁者として監修を行います。

【必須】

・漫画編集、タレントマネジメント等、作家と一対一で向き合い作品を世に出した経験

・SNS(X、TikTok、Instagram等)のアカウント立ち上げからファン獲得までの実務経験

・トレンドを追いかけ、流行の理由を言語化できる分析力

【尚可】

・広告代理店や制作会社でのプランナー、CD経験

・IPライセンスビジネスの基礎知識(契約、ロイヤリティ管理)

・データ分析に基づいた改善提案ができる方

【給与】

年収:800万~1200万程度

月給制:月額546700円

給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

昇給:年1回(5月)

東京都品川区大崎2丁目1番1号 ThinkPark Tower 19階

各線「大崎」駅より徒歩2分

勤務地変更の範囲:会社の定める場所(リモートワークを行う場所を含む)

【勤務時間】

9時30分~18時30分 ※職種・等級により裁量労働制となる場合あり

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
